SoftPro Integrates With PropLogix

SoftPro announced its business exchange platform, SoftPro 360, is now integrated with PropLogix.

SoftPro users can now order PropLogix services directly through their SoftPro software without rekeying of data.

The integration with PropLogix makes the due diligence associated with real estate transactions easier. SoftPro users now have the ability to seamlessly order municipal lien searches, HOA certificates/estoppels and surveys, as well as track lien releases through the PropLogix Payoff Tracking Service. PropLogix provides due diligence nationally for unrecorded debt, open permits and land surveys as well. With a mission to make life easier and protect homebuyers, PropLogix covers all errors by having a dedicated client success manager to eliminate liability and reduce risk.

"PropLogix could not be happier to announce our integration with SoftPro,” said Jesse Biter, PropLogix co-founder and CEO. “Our goal is to help title agents close more transactions in less time. The integration between our two systems does just that.”

PropLogix is one of dozens of third-party affiliates whose products and services can be ordered directly through SoftPro 360.
