The Docket: N.Y. Bankruptcy Court Addresses Property Abandonment

Cheryl Cowherd, senior underwriting counsel for Agents National Title Insurance Co., provided today’s review of a ruling by a bankruptcy court in New York that held a Chapter 7 debtor may not sell a property under section 363 of the bankruptcy code.
