TitleWave Appoints Three Regional Managers

June 12, 2018

TitleWave Real Estate Solutions has re-organized and appointed three new regional managers for the Midwest, Southeast Mid-Atlantic and Pennsylvania. Title Wave is the agency title production division of Fidelity National Title Group.

Bob Richards has been appointed to lead the Midwest. He has served as vice president and Midwest regional manager for nine years. Richards will focus onexpanding the TitleWave brand in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. He has 32 years of title and financial related experience related to agency, direct operations, plant management and title production.

Christine LaChance has been appointed as vice president and Southeast Mid-Atlantic (SEMA) regional manager. She joined Fidelity National Financial (FNF) in May 2017 and has served as vice president of client relations and customer service for TitleWave Southeast. She has over 15 years of experience in the industry. In her expanded role, LaChance will be responsible for oversight of TitleWave operations in Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and South Carolina.

Shelby Shepro has joined FNF as vice president and Pennsylvania state manager for TitleWave. She has over 25 experience years in the title and real estate industry. Shepro has served in numerous roles, most recently as CEO & COO of REO America Abstract based in Philadelphia. In her new role, Shepro will oversee existing TitleWave production centers located in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Media.

“We are confident that these recent appointments will allow us to better execute to our title strategy and further our position in making TitleWave the preferred provider for independent agents,” said John Walsh, executive vice president of national title strategy for FNF.
