Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore Unveils New Website

The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore recently unveiled a new website to better serve its network of independent title agents and connect with potential customers.

According to a press release, the company said the new website is easier to navigate with features including agent and closing letter verification tools for enhanced security and information designed to educate potential customers.

“This new website showcases who Security Title is and why we are the best choice when it comes to title insurance, whether you’re an independent agent looking for a new underwriter or a consumer seeking a well-qualified title professional to manage your transaction,” said Ted Rogers, president of The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore. “The website redesign better displays our more than 65 years of existence as a privately owned company as well as highlights the future possibilities for Security Title and our customers. We’re your partner, not your competitor. We’ve built the tools our agents need to succeed.”

Security Title has also developed a specialized application exclusively for its agents called eSecurityConnect. This application allows its agents to generate closing protection letters (CPLs), commitments and policy jackets. The application also allows agents to electronically report policies they have issued and to easily track the status of files that are in progress. The eSecurityConnect feature is integrated with many settlement software programs so agents can save time and reduce the possibility of duplication errors.
