Ohio-based Title First Adds Three to Team

September 4, 2018

Title First Agency Inc. announced it has hired two new employees in its commercial division and added one in its residential division.

Jonathan M. Iseman joins Title First as vice president and counsel of its commercial division. His primary responsibilities include managing the division and developing new commercial business. He was previously commercial title manager for Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Dione Joseph joins Title First as commercial underwriter. Joseph has worked in the insurance industry for 17 years. Previously, she was an underwriter for the commercial services division of Stewart Title Guaranty Company.

Marie C. Ragias has been hired as underwriting counsel in the residential legal department at Title First. In addition to underwriting title insurance, she will conduct closings and work on creating and teaching continuing education classes for realtors. Before joining Title First, Ragias gained experience in residential and commercial real estate and development and is a licensed real estate agent.

“We are very pleased to have each of these professionals on our team,” said Sean Stoner, president and CEO of Title First Agency. “Doing business in all 50 states is complex and requires talented individuals in each of our business units. We strive to hire employees that will use their experience and creativity to exceed the needs of our clients.”
