The Docket: California Appeals Court Holds Counsel Can Be Sued for Invasion of Privacy

Ryan Squire, partner at Garrett & Tully PC, and Maia Mdinaradze, an associate at Garrett & Tully, provided today’s review of a ruling by a California Appeals Court that held an insurer's coverage counsel could be sued by the policyholder for invasion of privacy because he shared information with the insurer.
