Indiana Orders Title Company to Reimburse Consumers for Alleged Overcharges

February 7, 2019

Following a market conduct examination, the Indiana Department of Insurance ordered a title company to reimburse consumers $3.1 million for allegedly overcharging for title insurance from 2006 to 2008.
