SoftPro Named Best Place to Work by Triangle Business Journal

August 20, 2019

For the eighth consecutive year, SoftPro was named one of Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. With hundreds of “Triangle” (Research Triangle Park) businesses submitting nominations, SoftPro is among only 50 Triangle businesses named the 2019 winners.

“It is an honor to be named in the Best Places to Work in the Triangle eight years year in a row,” said Joyce Weiland, SoftPro president. “It is humbling because the designation is based on employee survey responses and affirms the fun and rewarding working environment we strive to create.” Weiland went on to say, “We believe strongly that having happy employees directly correlates to having happy customers who develop long term relationships with SoftPro.”

The 2019 Best Places to Work winners were chosen based on employee participation and their responses in a survey process conducted by Quantum Workplace. SoftPro’s family culture is supported by company initiatives such as “Fun Fridays” where each team hosts a fundraiser for a favorite charity, company-supported volunteerism as local philanthropies, family events, team outings, health and wellness challenges, beer socials, and food trucks just to name a few.
