Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund Names CFO

March 26, 2020

Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund Inc. has named John Francoeur as senior vice president and chief financial officer for its family of companies.

Francoeur is responsible for all areas of finance, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, profitability reporting, and the implementation and monitoring of controls across the organization.

A certified public accountant, his previous experience includes chief accounting officer at MB Financial Bank where he managed a group of 40 people for a public bank with $20 billion in assets. He has also been a senior audit manager at KPMG and a financial analyst at JPMorgan Chase.

“John’s experience working for financial service institutions and a multinational professional services network will further strengthen our position as a leading lawyer service organization providing unparalleled service to our thousands of member attorneys and their clients,” said Peter Birnbaum, ATG's president and CEO. “As a member of our executive team, John will be of great value in helping to lead our organization into a future filled with opportunities, as well as challenges.”
