March 31, 2020

WFG National Title Insurance Company has announced Heather Krablin has joined the company in a newly created role of senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

Krablin will be responsible for ensuring that WFG’s human resources policies, objectives and initiatives support the company's overall goals and objectives. She will work closely with the executive management team to evaluate company policies, procedures and organizational structure in order to recommend ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness. She also will work with management to help WFG's functional leaders and employees understand the company's developing business objectives and their roles in achieving them.

In her new role Krablin will work with CEO Steve Ozonian to develop and monitor KPI’s across all divisions, while serving as a strategic business partner to operational managers. To help identify strategic needs, gaps and risks, she will devise methods to generate statistical data that allow executive management to maintain a productive corporate environment that fosters individual success and WFG's overall achievement of its business goals and market targets.

"I am grateful for this exciting new opportunity to be part of WFG as it enters its second decade," Krablin said. "The company and its executives are respected throughout our industry for creating a collaborative, dynamic environment, where staff are not only valued but encouraged to contribute their ideas and energy. I know that sense of inclusion is what has engaged WFG customers and I look forward to being part of this team effort."

Krablin spent the last 10 years in progressively responsible roles in the human resources field, and the last five as vice president of human resources for True Religion Brand Jeans. Prior to that, she worked at Ross Stores for four years, where she was responsible for talent recruiting and acquisition.

"Heather believes that the best way to serve our employees is with an efficient system that can quickly respond to their needs and concerns," Ozonian said. "We can tell that she has the personnel perspective to advise WFG leadership on how our operational structure can attract and maintain the best team in our industry."
