AmTrust Title Search Products Available in Qualia Marketplace

Title and escrow agents can now order AmTrust Title Insurance Company’s title search products directly within the Qualia Marketplace.

The products are currently available in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with plans to add additional states.

“At AmTrust Title, we are excited to be at the forefront of real estate technology, allowing our agents to order AmTrust Title’s full array of search products directly from within the Qualia Marketplace,” said Michael Frederick, vice president and North Atlantic regional manager. “AmTrust has already been a strong partner to many of the title and escrow agents using Qualia and we are excited to enable our title agents and search providers with an exceptional closing experience.”

Data and documents returned by AmTrust will be automatically imported into a user’s file in Qualia, without any re-keying. Agents also do not need to open a separate software system or website to access the integration. With automated billing included, the solution helps streamline the title search order and fulfillment process for all parties in the transaction. Users can expect shorter search turnaround times and increased file accuracy, as well.
