Punctual Abstract Promotes Chief Technology Officer

April 23, 2020

Punctual Abstract announced the promotion of Nick Sagona to chief technology officer. In this new leadership position, Sagona oversees the company’s technologically advanced systems that allow the firm to deliver a fully examined title product that integrates with most of the industry’s title closing platforms. Sagona spearheads all corporate data security; supervises a team of IT professionals; and is the chief software engineer Punctual Abstract’s proprietary workflow software. He has worked with Punctual Abstract for eight years, most recently serving as a senior software developer.

“We felt that promoting Nick to CTO was critical to the growth of our business here at Punctual Abstract because tech is so important these days,” said Ted Woloszyk, CEO of Punctual Abstract. “Nick’s contributions have been key in enabling us to move our data to the cloud this past year, and to allow us to plan for the future expansion of our systems. His expertise has helped us to win business and increase the speed and efficiency with which we can serve our title agency customers.”
