Global Closing Expands Coverage in Florida

July 14, 2020

Florida-based Global Closing Co. has expanded coverage with four new offices in Brevard County. The company provides commercial and residential title insurance, real estate settlement and escrow services. Founded in 2018, Global Closing also has offices in Orlando, Wellington, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

“The expansion into Brevard County will focus on technology, outstanding service and unmatched title knowledge,” said Benjamin Bell, co-founder and managing owner. “Brevard County is rapidly growing, and we are very excited to become a key player in this market. We have built a business model that is easily replicable in any Florida market.”

Jonathan Yasko, co-founder and managing owner, added, “Brevard County is a logical fit for expansion. Due to the rapidly growing Space Coast market, SpaceX expansion and NASA re-development, we were able to grow with Florida’s newest demographic while providing top notch customer service and un-paralleled technology and closing solutions during this COVID-19 pandemic.”
