First National Title Hires Agency Rep for Western Region

First National Title Insurance Co. (FNTI) announced it has named Susan Stewart as agency representative for its western region

“FNTI is building one of the deepest benches of talent that exists in the industry,” said Brian Phillips, FNTI’s western region manager. “I am so excited to be working alongside Susan instead of watching, and sometimes losing to her, as a competitor for many years. Susan’s 20 years of experience in title, escrow, and sales makes her the perfect partner to help agents grow and maximize the tools and resources we offer.”

Stewart has served as vice president of sales and marketing and director of business development for two Denver-area title companies. Prior to that, she worked as a senior account manager and title insurance assistant for an escrow company and a title insurance agency in California.

“My diversified career in mortgage, title, escrow, and sales has provided me with a strong book of knowledge about all facets of title insurance,” Stewart said. “In addition, my experience at the third-largest agency in Colorado taught me to effectively handle the unique challenges and demands that title agencies deal with every day. I look forward to sharing my technology-based systems approach to building and developing growth strategies for my agency partners.”
