ALTA.org is Getting a Renovation

Get Ready to See More from ALTA.org

ALTA's website, ALTA.org, is going under construction, but don't worry, the caution tape will be minimal! In December, we will be building an all-new Association Management System (AMS), the database that manages your membership information and purchases.

What Does This Mean for You?

From Dec. 5-23, ALTA.org will be getting an upgrade. While we are constructing the new AMS, you will not be able to:

Make purchases
Update your ALTA profile
Unsubscribe from ALTA publications
Add/remove/update ALTA Registry listings. For Registry related inquiries, email altaregistry@alta.org.

However, you still will be able to renew your ALTA membership or Policy Forms License as well as browse ALTA.org for information and resources during this time.

Additionally, for security purposes, your login credentials will be reset once we complete our transition to the new AMS on Dec. 21. At that time, the website will prompt you to enter your email address so we can send you a temporary password and you can reset your password. Please contact ALTA at service@alta.org should you have any questions or need further assistance.

What Will You See from a New AMS?

Although ALTA.org will look the same at first glance, the new AMS will bring you a better user experience! You will see more profile capabilities and a better mobile response. With this new system, ALTA is jumping into the next generation of technological advancement for associations. We can't wait for you to see it!
