Texas National Title Honored as Top Workplace in Austin

The Austin American Statesman recently honored Texas National Title (TNT) as part of its Top Workplaces of 2020 in the Greater Austin Area.
Since the company began in 2017, a core belief at TNT is that the most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in and where they feel like highly valued members. These days, it is key to remember that job seekers are looking for much more than a paycheck when they choose where to work. Being recognized as a Top Workplace for the fourth year in a row feels like a major success, proving that TNT not only talks the talk, but also consistently walks the walk with their efforts to create a positive work atmosphere, said Michelle Piperi, executive vice president at TNT.
The Top Workplaces program recognizes good employers on 50 regional lists. The evaluations for the list are based on confidential employee opinions of their employer, which are gathered through the Energage employee survey. Since the inception of Top Workplaces 11 years ago, over 7,000 organizations participate in the program each year.
Piperi said Texas National Title holds high regard in the idea that if you put employees first, give them the tools they need and stay out of their way, they will treat customers with that same level of care.
