Westcor Names Manager for Mountain States Region

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. has promoted Erik Helgeson to regional manager of the company’s Mountain states region.

“The promotion of Erik Helgeson is vital to positioning the company to continue the tremendous growth the company has experienced in recent years in the western part of the United States,” said Steve Black, senior vice president and Western States Area Manager. “Erik has been in the title industry for over 22 years and focused on adding value and helping title agents in Westcor’s mountain region states.”

Prior to joining Westcor in 2019, Helgeson served as a vice president and county manager for Fidelity National Title in Idaho. Before that, he managed business accounts and revenue channels for Pioneer Title Co. in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Wyoming. Helgeson served as marketing manager for LandAmerica from 1998 to 2009.

“My plans are simply to continue to support our agents at the highest level and to represent Westcor in the best possible manner,” Helgeson said. “As we adapt to the current and future business ‘normal’, I will continue to adapt, learn, and grow in order to make sure our agents win in their respective markets.”
