Lender Agrees to $1.5M Fine for Violating N.Y. Cybersecurity Regulation

A lender headquartered in Maine agreed to a $1.5 million fine for violating several provisions of New York’s cybersecurity regulations after an employee’s email account was compromised due to a phishing attack.
