FNF Hires National Agency Education Trainer

April 6, 2021

Fidelity National Financial Family of Companies has hired Elizabeth Wysong Berg NTP as national agency vice president for education and training.

In this role, Berg will work with FNF’s leaders to coordinate its education strategy and target learning opportunities where they’re needed the most. She will work directly with Linda Grahovec, vice president and national agency director of education and marketing strategy for FNF.

“I’m looking forward to facilitating and bringing information to those groups, so that everyone can be the best they can be for their agents,” Berg said. “The thing that excites me the most is just the ability to work with subject matter experts and getting to the heart of the issues when they are presenting, so everyone from an attorney to an entry-level examiner and searcher can understand and gain something from it. The better our agents understand issues, the better it is for their agency and the better it is for FNF.”

Berg’s role will provide cohesion among FNF’s educational programs and ensure they offer the most relevant information to their intended audiences. Through the position, the FNF national agency team also hopes to increase the availability of its various subject matter experts to present material across its growing agency network and at industry conferences.

“We are thrilled for Elizabeth to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to FNF in this new role,” said Steve Day, president of FNF National Agency Operations. “The title profession is a dynamic, ever-changing industry, which makes focusing on education more important than ever. At FNF, we strive for our employees and partners to be at the forefront of new rules and best practices shaping the industry, and Elizabeth will play a role in ensuring those efforts are cohesive and timely.”
