PropLogix Reports 187% Growth in Orders Since 2019

PropLogix finished the first quarter of 2021 with a record-breaking number of orders. The company, which provides title production services for settlement professionals, broke a record for orders received in a single day in March and saw a 187% growth for all services compared to March 2019 and a 70% increase over 2020.

“Each year I’ve been here, our order volume grows over the previous year, but 2021 has definitely been at another level for us,” said Zafir Khan, director of operations for PropLogix. “We know if we’re this busy, our customers are, too, so we’re just glad to help them by taking on this volume of orders.

Despite setbacks in the beginning of 2020 for the real estate market caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company still saw substantial growth. After the majority of PropLogix employees moved to remote working last March, the organization never downsized and actually added more than 100 new employees. The full-time employee total now stands at 322.

“When we shared with our customers that we were remote, we got so many people saying they had no idea,” said Jesse Biter, CEO and owner of PropLogix. “That’s something I’m really proud of. Despite everything, our customers continued to get the same level of service they always have.”

Besides going remote, the company pivoted its development team during the pandemic to adapt to the needs of its clients by launching a remote online notarization platform called ProperSign.
