Punctual Abstract Introduces Document Recording Solution

Louisiana-based Punctual Abstract announced the addition of a document recording solution to the firm’s suite of title industry products.

The new offering enables Punctual Abstract to take a title agency’s file from start to finish, from the abstract through to document recording. The firm can perform e-recording, mail-in recording and walk-in recording. Once recorded, Punctual Abstract can mail the original recorded document back to the appropriate party, (lender/homeowner), saving the title agent time and money.

“In business since 1993, Punctual Abstract has completed millions of abstracts,” said Punctual Abstract CEO Ted Woloszyk. “Every day, our abstracting teams are at courthouses nationwide. Who better to handle document recording? It’s a natural extension of our services and a vehicle to help our clients streamline their title production.”
