Old Republic Settles No-Poach Allegations in New York

September 16, 2021

Old Republic Title Insurance Co. agreed to pay $1 million to settle allegations it entered into no-poach agreements with competitors in New York, according to the state’s attorney general. Old Republic, which cooperated with the attorney general’s office, didn’t admit or deny the findings.
