Doma Names Pennsylvania Agency Manager

Doma has added Roxanne Golden as agency manager for Pennsylvania. A licensed title agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Golden supports Doma policy-issuing independent title agents and secures new business for the underwriter.

Golden brings to 10 years of industry experience in customer development, title operations, project and vendor management and workflow optimization. After beginning her career working in and becoming team lead of the billing department of a Philadelphia real estate law firm, Golden became director of operations for a Philadelphia title agency. Most recently, she worked in the pre-closing department of a title agency in New Jersey.

“Roxanne joins Doma as a licensed title agent with a high level of knowledge of the title and closing process in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” said Michael Holden, vice president and strategic agency manager for Doma. “Her strong business acumen will support her role serving customers across the title insurance industry.”

Golden added, “My strong knowledge and understanding of the Pennsylvania title and closing process allows me to position myself as an extension of the agent’s office, someone who is there to help problem-solve and drive solutions,” Golden said. “I am excited to apply my experience in title operations to the customer-facing side of the business and partner with our agents on their success.”
