Greater Illinois Title Named Title Company of the Year by Chicago Agent Magazine

Greater Illinois Title Co. (GIT) was voted Title Company of the Year for the third consecutive year by Chicago real estate agents in the Chicago Agent Magazine Agents’ Choice Awards. Chicago Agent Magazine is a source of real estate news for agents in the Chicago area with a readership of more than 40,500 real estate professionals. Over 35,000 votes were cast in the 16th annual awards voting.

“It is a great honor to be voted the Title Company of the Year in 2021 for the third time by real estate professionals across the Chicago Metro area,” said Greg Kosin, president. “The foundations of our success are team members demonstrating an extraordinary work ethic, showing a dedication to excellence in customer service and exhibiting a strong conviction to work hard for all parties.”
