TitleWave Names VP of Sales for Northeast and Southeast Regions

TitleWave Real Estate Solutions has named Jennifer Barnes as vice president of sales for the Northeast region and appointed Lisa Hinton to the same position for the Southeast region.

The Northeast region includes Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and parts of New Jersey. The Southeast region that includes Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Virginia. Both report to Leanne Zinn, president of TitleWave Real Estate Solutions.

Barnes has nearly three decades of experience in the title and lending space. She comes to TitleWave Real Estate Solutions after serving five years in technology and training roles at First American Title.

“Jennifer brings to the role expertise in title software integration technology and how it can improve workflow for our customers,” Zinn said. “Coupled with her solid background in the lending and title industries, she will assist TitleWave’s customers in her region to benefit from the full potential of our integrated title evidence delivery system.”

Hinton began her career as a title examiner, and over the course of two decades, has worked in management, operations, sales and business development. She comes to TitleWave Real Estate Solutions after serving as search services manager at Investors Title Insurance Co.

“An accomplished manager with 20 years of title industry experience, Lisa will help guide TitleWave’s growth initiatives in her region by assisting title agencies to increase their productivity by utilizing our title production services,” Zinn said.
