SoftPro Integrates with Texan Title

June 10, 2022

SoftPro released a new integration with Texan Title Insurance Co. for title search services.

With the new integration, SoftPro users can order title searches from Texan Title directly from their SoftPro software. When the search is fulfilled by Texan, it is electronically transferred back via the SoftPro 360 portal, eliminating the need for time-consuming phone calls, emails and faxes.

“We are pleased to offer the new integration with Texan Title for expediting title search orders,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro chief customer officer. “Improving efficiencies for SoftPro customers is always top of mind, and the Texan integration supports that endeavor.”

Russell Sugg, chief operating officer of Texan Title, added, “We are excited to be integrated with SoftPro 360 as a means to offer a higher level of service to our agents. Our goal is to provide accurate information, satisfying our service level agreements. The SoftPro 360 integration will help us in attaining this service goal.”
