CATIC Expands Into Alabama

October 4, 2022

CATIC announced it is now licensed and operating in Alabama.

In business for more than 50 years, the CATIC Family of Companies is now licensed in every state east of the Mississippi and in Texas, and is currently doing business through an independent agent network in 15 states. Its sister company, CATIC Title Insurance Company, issues policies in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

“We are excited to enter the Alabama market, as we continue to grow our operations in the Southeast,” said James Czapiga, CATIC Financial’s CEO. “We look forward to bringing our unparalleled service and support to real estate professionals throughout the state.”
