Orange Coast Title Family of Companies Names President

Orange Coast Title Co. Family of Companies recently appointed Mike Marconi as president.
Marconi previously served as chief operating officer for Orange Coast Title, Orange Coast Title Company of Southern California, Orange Coast Title Company of Northern California, Equity Title of Washington, EZDoc, Laureltree Investments, Laureltree Promotions and JLM Corp since 2018. He was appointed president of several Orange Coast Title Family of Companies in 2017.
"Mike’s leadership, strong employee and customer commitment as well as his work ethic have earned him this promotion," Orange Coast Title Chief Executive Officer John Marconi and the Co-Chief Executive Officer and former President Rich Macaluso, said in a joint statement. “Mike is poised to take Orange Coast Title Company Family of Companies into the future. His innovative style of management has already proven to build strong relationships between the companies, the brokerages and partner affiliates and build a diverse employee community. Mike successfully navigated the family of companies through the COVID-19 pandemic and resulted in the best financial fiscal year in the history of the company.”
Marconi began his career with Orange Coast Title Company with a consulting position to be part of an acquisition team for what would become the purchase of Record Title in 1980. This turned into a full-time position and marked the beginning of the company’s aggressive expansion. Marconi has experience providing products and services primarily to hard money lenders. His knowledge helped with the expansion of the company’s nationwide Lender services Division.
Marconi also is the 2022-2023 president of the California Land Title Association.
