Doma Names Director of Regional Title Production for the Central Region

Doma Title Insurance Inc. named Sonny Livesay as director of regional title production for its Central Region. In this new position, he is responsible for all production staff, vendors and workflow for the region.
“If this were a draft, Sonny would be the No. 1 draft pick,” said Ashleigh Spruell, assistant vice president and regional manager of Doma’s Central Region. “Not only does he have exceptional knowledge about all aspects of title, but he has also started and managed one of the largest title production centers for independent agents in Texas. In addition, he is known and respected in the Texas real estate community for his superior title skills and his dedication to customer service.”
Livesay brings more than two decades of experience to Doma, growing his expertise through the years by working in all facets of title agency operations, including curative, escrow, closing, examination and title plant management. In his most recent position, he served as vice president of operations/director of commercial examination, where he coordinated daily operations for a high-volume title examination team.
“What attracted me to Doma was the opportunity to utilize my broad experience developed over 25 years in the title insurance industry to help Doma achieve its expansion goals,” Livesay said. “It was as though the position was created specifically for a person with the breadth and depth of experience that I possess. While my role with Doma is focused on title production, my experience on the closing side of the business gives me informed insight into a broad range of issues. This enables me to provide intuitive assistance to the agent, allowing them to efficiently resolve problems that may arise in the closing process.”
