Foundation Title & Escrow Expands Tennessee Footprint

Foundation Title & Escrow expanded its reach in the Nashville, Tenn., market with the acquisition of Toro Title.

With the merger, Foundation Title is opening a new office in East Nashville. In addition to Tennessee, Foundation Title also has offices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Virginia.

Matt and Taylor Anderson of Toro Title, in addition to their entire team, will lead Foundation’s new office. Matt Taylor will serve as office attorney and overseeing business development.

“With our backgrounds in real estate litigation, we pride ourselves on our industry relationships, technology background, willingness to try new things and staying on the cutting edge of industry developments,” Matt Anderson said. “Blending our Toro Title team into Foundation Title was an easy decision because of Foundation Title's immense title expertise, industry longevity and fantastic internal culture.”
