ALTA Title & Settlement Agent Registry

Title agents and real estate attorneys with a confirmed underwriter relationship and/or attorney licensing information in the national ALTA Registry may use the ALTA Registry logo as a means of exhibiting their participation in the ALTA Registry. The logo consists of ALTA art design and ALTA Registry's name spelled out. The logo must be used in its entirety and the colors may not be altered. Use of the ALTA Registry logo without a confirmed underwriter relationship and/or attorney licensing information in the  ALTA Registry is prohibited. The ALTA Registry is open to members and non-members of ALTA; a confirmed underwriter relationship and/or attorney licensing information in the ALTA Registry does not imply, suggest or verify Membership of ALTA. When a title agent no longer has a confirmed underwriter relationship and/or attorney licensing information in the ALTA Registry, the ALTA Registry logo may no longer be used. Use may be resumed if and when a new confirmed underwriter relationship and/or attorney licensing information is listed in the ALTA Registry.

The ALTA Registry may appear on business electronic correspondence, and website only provided it takes secondary status in appearance to business's name and credentials.

Without the express written permission you may NOT use ALTA Registry's logo and or name:

• to imply endorsement by the ALTA Registry or ALTA of any product, event, position, action, or idea; or
• to make statements on behalf of the organization or to address political issues.
