The south St. Louis County office of Norm Polsky's Coldwell Banker-Premier Group company has become quite popular.
Sure, company co-owner Polksy might be a great boss. But he readily concedes that the rush might actually be prompted by the fact that in the last 18 months, three of his real estate agents have won big money in the Missouri Lottery.
On Oct. 4, Jenifer Elam of south St. Louis County won $3.8 million. Today, state lottery officials will be at Polsky's office at 4044 Butler Hill Road — likely carrying a BIG check — to help celebrate Elam's big win.
Also on hand will be the other two winners: Jamie Aldridge of South County, who started it all by winning $1 million in May 2013 in a Powerball drawing; and Kim DeLapp of Arnold, who picked up a nifty $100,000 last October from a Missouri lottery scratch-off ticket.

"They're all good agents and, best of all, they all say they plan to keep working," Polsky said.
Polsky said he has fielded calls from agents at his offices in Maplewood and Washington, Mo., joking about wanting a transfer.
And he was ready for the crucial question:
"No, they all bought their tickets at different places," he said. "If they'd bought them at the same place, that's where I'd be right now."
